Jason A. Fomich, DDS
I was born and raised in the Canton, Ohio area. My Father was a factory worker at the Timken Company and my Mother became a teacher (then later an Educational Administrator), while raising 5 children.
I attended The Ohio State University as an undergraduate for 3 years before being accepted into The Ohio State University’s Dental College. I graduated in 1993 and have been in private practice since then. I purchased this dental practice in 1997 and extensively renovated the office in 2008.

Dental Hygienist
I graduated with an Associates degree of dental hygiene from Lima Technical College in 2001. I have been Dr. Fomich’s dental hygienist since 2002.
My favorite season is Summer and I love to vacation at Lake Cumberland, Kentucky with my son and family.
Jennifer Herman
Dental Assistant
I graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a BA Degree in Cross Culture Studies.
My family and I relocated to Delaware, Ohio in July of 2018. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son. I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing martial arts, and watching a good movie.
Valerie Finks
Front Office
I’ve had a career in dentistry for over 20 years. My qualifications include chair side assisting for a pediatric dentist and orthodontist, as well as front desk duties.
I am married and have 3 adult children. We live on my husband’s family farm. There’s nothing better than fresh eggs and milk!
My hobbies include crafting, floral arranging, antique shopping and going to the movies.
